Jay Falconio joined REMCO Insurance Services in February 2020 and currently oversees agency operations, human resources, and business development. In this role, Jay helps coordinate the internal systems, people, and growth initiatives that support REMCO’s continued expansion and long-term success.
Before joining REMCO, Jay spent five years helping manage and grow Fit Fuel Foods, LLC, an e-commerce meal delivery company. That experience gave him a strong foundation in operations, customer service, team development, and business growth—skills that continue to shape his leadership approach within the insurance industry.
Jay graduated from The Pennsylvania State University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management and later earned a Master of Nutritional Science from Penn State College of Medicine at Milton S. Hershey Medical Center in 2015. While his professional path began outside of insurance, his background in business management, health, and entrepreneurship provides a unique perspective on serving clients, supporting employees, and building strong community relationships.
At REMCO, Jay’s focus is on strengthening agency operations, expanding REMCO’s commercial insurance reach across more of the United States, and continuing to give back to the communities the agency serves. He is passionate about helping businesses grow, protecting them with the right insurance solutions, and creating opportunities for REMCO to support local organizations, nonprofit partners, and small businesses.
